7 Disney World Fall Drinks You’ll Want to Try Before They’re Gone

Fall at Disney World means pumpkin everything, spooky season, EPCOT Food & Wine—and, thankfully, some seriously fun adult beverages. 🍎🎃🍸

Disney World fall drinks guide featuring a seasonal apple cocktail at EPCOT.

And Disney did not hold back on the fall drinks this year.

From a frozen apple-and-maple cocktail that basically tastes like fall vacation to boozy pumpkin cold brew, purple glitter cocktails, and an entire Halloween drink flight, there are plenty of reasons to take a break from the rides and grab a drink.

So, which ones are actually worth adding to your Disney drinking-around-the-world itinerary?

Here are 7 Disney World fall drinks to try in 2026, including new EPCOT Food & Wine cocktails and limited-time Halloween drinks at Disney Springs.

Please drink responsibly. Disney World guests must be 21+ to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

1. 🍎 Frozen Apple Blossom

Frozen Apple Blossom with apple cider, apple brandy and maple at EPCOT Food & Wine Festival.

📍 Where: Festival Favorites, EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival

🍹 What's in it: Apple cider, ginger ale, apple brandy, maple syrup and mini marshmallows

✨ Best for: The ultimate fall-in-a-cup moment

If I could pick one Disney World fall drink to try this year, this would be it.

The Frozen Apple Blossom takes all those cozy apple-cider-and-maple flavors you want in September and turns them into something you can actually enjoy when Orlando is still approximately the temperature of the sun.

Apple cider and apple brandy bring the fall flavor, maple syrup adds a little sweetness, and mini marshmallows finish the whole thing off.

Even better? Early reviews have been surprisingly strong, with reviewers praising the balance of apple and maple without making the drink overwhelmingly sweet.

🍂 Fall Drink Verdict: If you're only ordering one drink at EPCOT Food & Wine, put this one near the top of your list.

2. ☕ Fright of the Espresso

📍 Where: Jock Lindsey's Halloween Hangar Bar, Disney Springs

🍹 What it is: A flight of three boozy Halloween cold brews

✨ Best for: Coffee lovers who believe cold brew should occasionally contain alcohol

Why order one fall cocktail when you can try three?

The Fright of the Espresso is a Halloween cold-brew flight featuring three dessert-inspired sips with flavors like pumpkin spice, salted caramel and toasted marshmallow.

Think cold brew meets Halloween candy—with plenty of booze involved.

The over-the-top presentation also makes this one of the most fun Disney Springs fall drinks to order with friends. Each mini cocktail gets its own spooky garnish, making the whole flight almost too cute to drink.

Almost.

🎃 Fall Drink Verdict: Come for the Halloween presentation. Stay because someone finally realized cold brew and cocktails belong in the same friend group.

3. ❤️ Northern Ruby

Northern Ruby cocktail with strawberry, rhubarb and lime at EPCOT’s Canada Pavilion

📍 Where: Canada Popcorn Cart, EPCOT

🍹 What's in it: Rhubarb liqueur, vodka, strawberry, ginger and lime

✨ Best for: Anyone who wants something refreshing instead of pumpkin-spiced

Not every fall drink needs to taste like someone dropped a pumpkin pie into a blender.

Enter the Northern Ruby.

This new EPCOT cocktail combines tart rhubarb and lime with strawberry, ginger and vodka for something bright, fruity and a little unexpected.

And this isn't just a drink that looks good on the menu.

Early reviews have been excellent, with Disney Food Blog even arguing that Disney should make the Northern Ruby a permanent EPCOT drink.

That's a pretty strong endorsement.

❤️ Fall Drink Verdict: Try this when you've reached your seasonal limit on pumpkin, caramel and apple.

4. 💜 Midnight Relic

📍 Where: Jock Lindsey's Halloween Hangar Bar, Disney Springs

🍹 What's in it: Tito's vodka, ube syrup, cream of coconut, lemon and edible glitter

✨ Best for: The prettiest Halloween cocktail

Purple. Creamy. Glittery.

The Midnight Relic looks exactly like the kind of Disney Halloween drink designed for Instagram—but apparently it has something else going for it:

It's actually really good.

The combination of ube and coconut gives it a slightly tropical flavor, while lemon keeps all that sweetness from becoming too heavy.

One early review gave the Midnight Relic a perfect 7/7, calling it the standout of Jock Lindsey's new Halloween cocktails.

We love a drink that can be pretty and have a personality.

👻 Fall Drink Verdict: One of the best choices if you want a Disney Halloween cocktail that tastes as good as it photographs.

5. 🧛 Fright Flight

📍 Where: Splitsville Bamboo Bar, Disney Springs

🍹 What it is: Four Halloween cocktails in one flight

✨ Best for: Trying a little bit of everything

Indecisive Disney Adults, this one's for us.

The Fright Flight lets you sample four spooky drinks:

  • Candy Corn Colada

  • Vampire's Kiss

  • Purple People Eater

  • The Graveyard

The flight is colorful, over-the-top and completely committed to Halloween—which is exactly what I want from a seasonal Disney Springs cocktail.

It's also a smart choice if you're drinking with a friend and don't want to commit to one full-size mystery concoction.

Among the early reviews, the Vampire's Kiss appears to be one of the standouts.

🦇 Fall Drink Verdict: Split it with a friend and find your favorite. Or don't split it. I don't run your vacation.

6. 🎃 Pumpkin Cream Coffee Cocktail

Pumpkin Cream Coffee Cocktail with pumpkin bourbon and coffee at Homecomin’ in Disney Springs

📍 Where: Chef Art Smith's Homecomin', Disney Springs

🍹 What's in it: Pumpkin pie-flavored bourbon, coffee and pumpkin spice

✨ Best for: Pumpkin spice people

We couldn't make a list of the best fall drinks at Disney World and leave out pumpkin spice.

Homecomin's Pumpkin Cream Coffee Cocktail combines pumpkin pie-flavored bourbon with your choice of hot or cold coffee and pumpkin spice.

In other words, someone looked at pumpkin-spice coffee and said:

"You know what this needs? Bourbon."

Correct.

This is also one of the few drinks on the list that feels equally appropriate at brunch, after dinner or during that mysterious Disney vacation period when you've completely lost track of what time it is.

🎃 Fall Drink Verdict: Pumpkin-spice latte fans, you've found your Disney World fall cocktail.

7. 🥃 Burnt Sugar Old-Fashioned

📍 Where: Chef Art Smith's Homecomin', Disney Springs

🍹 What's in it: Bubba's Burnt Sugar Whiskey, Michter's Small Batch Bourbon, chocolate bitters and Angostura bitters

✨ Best for: Bourbon lovers who would prefer their cocktail without a marshmallow attached to it

Finally, a fall cocktail for anyone thinking:

"These are cute, but where's the bourbon?"

The Burnt Sugar Old-Fashioned delivers.

Burnt sugar whiskey and bourbon give this classic cocktail a warm caramelized flavor, while chocolate and Angostura bitters keep things firmly in grown-up-drink territory.

A dried orange garnish finishes it off.

No glitter.

No candy corn.

No pumpkin foam.

Just a very fall-friendly Old-Fashioned.

🥃 Fall Drink Verdict: The sophisticated pick—and probably the drink I'd order after dinner at Disney Springs.

🍂 Which Disney World Fall Drink Should You Try?

Can't decide? Here's the cheat sheet:

  • Best Overall Fall Drink: Frozen Apple Blossom

  • Best Pumpkin Drink: Pumpkin Cream Coffee Cocktail

  • Best EPCOT Cocktail: Northern Ruby

  • Best Halloween Cocktail: Midnight Relic

  • Best for Coffee Lovers: Fright of the Espresso

  • Best to Share: Fright Flight

  • Best for Bourbon Lovers: Burnt Sugar Old-Fashioned

My first stop?

Frozen Apple Blossom. 🍎

Apple cider + apple brandy + maple syrup already sounds like fall, and serving the whole thing frozen makes considerably more sense when you're celebrating autumn in Florida.

Then I'm heading to Disney Springs for Fright of the Espresso.

Because apparently my ideal Disney Halloween itinerary now includes a boozy cold-brew flight.

I'm okay with that.
